When you browse the BOSTONEPIZZA.COM web site you do so anonymously. When you order we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order. Your Credit Card information is encrypted before it is transmitted using SSL technology. Once your credit card is processed we do not retain your credit card number, an added measure of security for your credit information.

Return or Cancellation
Here at Bostonepizza.com, we understand that the unexpected can happen in life, therefore orders placed can be canceled, but no later than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery. This ensures that the order is canceled before the kitchen preparation begins. To cancel your order or to make changes to the delivery/pickup time please call us so we can make the changes.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food. |
